Cibo Amico, a Florentine non-profit association for the protection of children and young people with food allergies, presents the book "WE ARE ALLERGIC TO IGNORANCE", a guide on food allergy, adrenaline and allergens of EU Regulation 1169/11. The goal is to disseminate correct information as much as possible, using clear terminology accessible to all. Travel agencies, transport companies, hoteliers and restaurateurs often find themselves having to manage a clientele with special dietary needs: concrete help is provided by patient associations such as Cibo Amico.
