Amazing Vietnam

Without Visual Borders

Slightly larger than Italy, Vietnam has an elongate and narrow shape that vaguely resembles the capital letter “S” or, more poetically, according to the locals, a snake about to attack. Vietnam presents itself to the world as a welcoming country, rich in history and splendid natural treasures. The story is that of the ancient civilization dating back to the 4th century BC and built around the Gulf of Tonkin, twice conquered by the Chinese and subsequently bought back by the Vietnamese. The luxuriant nature, however, is that of the long planks flanking the Red River and the Mekong River, where the jungle, composed mainly of mangroves, is now protected by various natural parks, such as the Con Dao and Phong Nha National Park -Ke Bang, declared World Heritage Site by Unesco together with Ha Long Bay, the My Son Shrine, the Hué monument complex and the ancient city of Hoi An. You will be amazed to discover next to the endless rice fields, where women wear the characteristic conical hat, a reality with a strong modernization and an unexpected opening towards the rest of the world.

Dinner experience in the dark
Our senses emerge to interpret the world from another perspective. The smell becomes more subtle. The taste becomes more acute. The hearing becomes more sensitive. The touch becomes more delicate. We invite you to live a culinary journey through taste, smell, touch and sound. It is not simply a matter of dining, but rather a unique experience that alters the mind in which the sense of smell, taste, touch and hearing come together to offer you a completely new journey of the senses. We invite you to try Noir. Dine in the darkness of Saigon.
